How to Unlock The Singing Ice Quest

You will need to reach Friendship Level 6 with Elsa and ensure the Frosted Heights biome is unlocked on your map. Once these requirements are fulfilled, speaking to Elsa will officially begin the quest inside the Ice Cavern located in the Forest of Valor.
Gathering Materials for the Icy Bouquet
The first major step requires players to collect three distinct flora species scattered across different biomes. You must search for one White Daisy in the Peaceful Meadow, one Red Falling Penstemon in the Plaza, and one Pink Bromeliad in the Sunlit Plateau. After gathering these flowers, speak with Elsa to craft the required Icy Bouquet item.
Brewing the Cold of Winter Potion
With the bouquet prepared, Elsa will request additional crafting ingredients to create a powerful tool enchantment.
